1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Services, you represent you are a legal entity or business owner and agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
2. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be 18+ to register. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us of breaches. Each business operates in an isolated database schema.
3. Billing and Subscriptions
- Sandbox: 7-day free trial. Account paused after expiry without a subscription.
- All billing processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
- 7-Day Refund Guarantee: Full refund within 7 days of first charge (one per company, subject to usage limits).
- Data retained 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
4. Customer Data & Photos
You retain all rights to your data. You grant us a license to host and transmit it solely to provide the Service. By uploading photos, you represent you have obtained all necessary permissions.
5. AI Features Disclaimer
ArborBuddy’s AI Dispatch Engine provides automated drafting, scheduling suggestions, and entity matching. All final dispatch approvals, pricing decisions, and client communications require human review.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying AI-drafted proposals, routes, and reports before submission.
6. Prohibited Activities
No reverse engineering, scraping, bypassing RLS policies, or using the Service for illegal activities.
7. Limitation of Liability
Service provided "as-is." Not a certified timekeeping or payroll system. Liability capped at subscription fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by California law. Disputes resolved by binding arbitration in Orange County, CA. Class action waiver applies.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify ArborBuddy against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
